Cockscomb

The Cockscomb is an annual type of flower that comes in around 60 or so different varieties. The flower was named for the blooms color that resembles a burned sort of color. Native to Africa, it is also known as Wool Flowers or Brain Celosia. The best times to expect this flower in its full glory is in the middle of summer to the end of autumn. Surprising beautiful as they are, they have no fragrance to them.
